This spacious home will make a big impression from the start, open spaces and beautiful details adorn every corner of this vacation home. 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, will accomodate 8-10 people comfortably.
The sunken living area extends to a few steps up to the bar, the dining area is divided from the fully equipped kitchen by a breakfast bar.
The Master Suite has a king bed, flat screen TV, ceiling fan and patio deck, the en suite bathroom comprise twin vanity basins, separate wc, shower and large corner spa bath equipped with jacuzzi jets.
The Second bedroom has a private bathroom and its own balcony overlooking the pool, the third bedroom has a private bathroom and both are as spacious as the rest of the house. TV's with DVD players, ceiling fans are in each room.
The patio deck equipped with a dining table and lounge chairs, private outdoor swimming pool and jacuzzi perfect for lazy dips during the day and even better at night. The pool-deck area enjoys all day sunlight, an outside shower for your convenience.
Ask about our adjoining apartment equipped with a living room, kitchenette, bathroom and queen size bedroom, when you have more people than planned.

| Deposit: 25% of the rental fee is required to be paid with your rental agreement to secure your reservation. When booking less than 30 days from arrival, full payment is required. Tax: 14.5% Cleaning Fee: $130.00 Cancellations and Refunds: This agreement may be canceled by written notification to owners no later than thirty (30) days prior to the start of rental term and, upon such thirty (30) day cancellation, renters will forfeit fifty percent (50%) of the reservation deposit. If this agreement is cancelled less than thirty (30) days prior to the start of the rental term, one hundred percent (100%) of the rental paid will be forfeited and shall be non-refundable. When rental fees and security fees have been paid in full and a cancellation is requested fifty percent (50%) of rentals paid and one hundred percent (100%) of the security deposit will be refunded. No refunds of any kind will be made if cancellations occurs less than seven (7) days prior to the start of the rental term.
