large
wrap-around balcony with access from both the
living room and the master bedroom. This unit also
has a front balcony looking out to the intracoastal
waterway.
Special features include a heated swimming pool
and a fully-equipped kitchen. All linens furnished
and there is a washer and dryer in every unit. A
barbecue grill and cabana area are down by the
pool. The building has both an elevator and stairs.
There is plenty of parking available.
All Sea Gate condos are 3BR/2BA...Direct Gulf
Front, and are decorated and equiped with everything
needed to make your stay more comfortable.
