The home is very much like what was represented on the website----spacious 3 bedroom place that is very up-to-date and impeccably clean. The furnishings and supplies are good too. The location is in a quiet neighborhood and this home is free-self standing. I am happy to report that on the school holiday break I have not heard a single noise---no partying etc by any of the neighbors etc that one almost expects at other locations. I can quite comfortably recommend this as a superior alternative to the Disney Properties (I have stayed at the Polynesian and the Cornado). It is a 10-12 minute ride to the Disney parking lots--and inside of 30minutes, you are walking inside the Majic Kingdom Omar is quite professional and very, very responsive. His follow-through has quite good, and one gets the sense immediately that you are in "god hands". This has really helped to mkae this an enjoyable expereince
